Jamie Drummond is an Executive Managing Director with Newmark, specializing in landlord and tenant representation with a primary focus on large-scale office complex and campus repositioning throughout New Jersey. Since joining the firm in 2010, Drummond has been responsible for the strategic lease-up, repositioning, and value creation of numerous high-profile Class A office assets across the state.
Prior to joining Newmark, Drummond spent more than a decade with Colliers International, where he served as Senior Managing Director and built a long-standing track record advising owners and occupiers on complex leasing assignments throughout the New Jersey market.
An accomplished landlord and tenant representative, Drummond is known for executing sophisticated leasing strategies for multi-tenant office environments facing evolving market dynamics.
