Jamie A. Clark, née Ragucci, joined Newmark in 2014 and is currently working as a managing director in the Global Corporate Services division. As a transaction manager, Mrs. Clark oversees client portfolios in both the industrial and office sector. She is currently the lead transaction manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, accountable for the oversight of 96 locations and 9.1 million rentable square feet, consisting of both owned and leased assets. Her daily responsibilities include critical data reporting, transaction management, portfolio strategy, financial analysis and onboarding local market brokers. Prior to working on Novartis, Mrs. Clark was the lead transaction manager for Panasonic North America. In this capacity, she was responsible for 42 locations and 3.4 million rentable square feet. All transactions were managed from initial development to completion through site selection, tours, financial analysis, deal negotiations, lease reviews and contract execution. Mrs. Clark manages Newmark resources and ensures the client receives best-in-class representation.
Prior to Newmark, Mrs. Clark worked as a senior associate for CBRE, responsible for tenant representation and business development. Within her first year at the company she won the award for Senior Associate of the Year. Mrs. Clark began her real estate career by working for Grubb & Ellis, where she focused on. business development and represented office properties for institutional landlords. Her ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while focusing on individual client’s needs makes her a valued asset to the Newmark team.
