James Snyder is an Analyst within Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets Debt and Structured Finance division, based in the firm’s Dallas office. He is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of both student housing and conventional multifamily assets nationwide. Snyder is actively involved throughout the financing process and is dedicated to providing exceptional service to the team’s clients.
Prior to joining Newmark’s Debt and Structured Finance group, Snyder worked at a Dallas-based debt brokerage, where he assisted in the underwriting and placement of debt for retail, industrial, and multifamily assets across the country.
Education
Snyder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He also holds his Series 7 and 63 licenses.
