Jake Siegel serves as an Associate with Newmark in New York, where he specializes in landlord and tenant representation.
Siegel has represented such prominent landlords as ABC Properties, Acadia Realty Trust, Arch Companies, Atlas Capital Group, Clipper Equity, HUBB NYC, Jack Resnick & Sons, Milestone Equities, SL Green Realty Corp., Stonehenge Partners, Taconic Investment Partners and USAA.
Siegel also represents retail and restaurant tenants seeking to expand nationally and in New York City. Among his national clients are 2nd STREET USA, who he assisted with its entrance into major markets within New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, and New York City, where he secured their first five locations at 712 Broadway, 27 Howard Street, 142 West 26th Street, 180 Orchard Street, and 201 Kent in Williamsburg. Most recently, as the desire for gently used clothing explodes across the US and the one-of-a kind Japanese second-hand clothing store continues its expansion, Siegel looks for new retail space opportunities throughout the country as well as New York City.
Siegel joined Newmark in 2019, when parent company Newmark Group, Inc. acquired RKF, a New York-based retail real estate brokerage and investment firm. He joined RKF permanently as a Canvasser in 2017; he previously interned in summer 2014.
