Jaclyn Karcher joined Newmark in 2022 and is a Vice President of Property Management in Southern California. With over 13 years of property management experience, Ms. Karcher works to build up and expand the presence of Newmark Property Management in Southern California. Ms. Karcher supports Newmark’s property management operations and staff, as well as further collaborative strategies and operational efficiency for prospective client and business development efforts to grow the management portfolio.
Prior to joining Newmark, Ms. Karcher was a Regional Director and Asset Manager at Birtcher Anderson & Davis where she was responsible for managing Class A office and industrial flex properties while successfully leading a team of property managers, administrative and maintenance staff members throughout Southern California.
Before her role with Birtcher Anderson & Davis, Ms. Karcher operated as a Senior Property Manager for Davis Partners and Voit Real Estate. As the key person of contact for her clients, she was responsible for communicating with ownership regularly and translating business strategies into applicable real estate solutions. Ms. Karcher also has a strong construction background with projects ranging from $100,000-$6,000,000.
