Jack Conway leads Performance Management for Newmark’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) group, with responsibility for Procurement, Vendor Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Continuous Improvement and Innovation to constantly improve outcomes for clients. Conway established Centers of Excellence to manage GCS performance in these areas from the customer perspective, and leads pro-active risk management, transition and governance of client accounts.
Conway is a strategic thinking executive with a strong track record of success in igniting revenue, operational excellence, earnings and employee satisfaction.
Prior to joining Newmark in early 2021, Conway worked at Bridgewater Associates and latterly Genpact - a service provider to the premier asset management firm, where he oversaw Performance Management for the Real Estate, Facilities and Hospitality departments. Conway also managed the transformation services portfolio, department projects and client facing communications. Additional responsibilities included strategy, design, and development for key priorities such as post-pandemic ‘return to office’ plans and integrated facilities management.
Prior to Genpact, Conway was an entrepreneur, consultant and employee at IKON Office Solutions where he was responsible for three North American Divisions with annual revenues of $900 million. Conway developed new go-to-market strategies, led customer retention and employee development programs, which resulted in high customer retention, top employee engagement scores, enhanced revenue and operating income growth.
