Jack Condon serves as a Director on Newmark’s Global Debt & Structured Finance team. Since joining Newmark in 2024, Mr. Condon has successfully placed approximately $6.0 billion of debt and equity across all product types and risk spectrums.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Condon spent nearly five years with Mesa West Capital, a real estate private credit platform based in Los Angeles. Mr. Condon began his career at Ernst & Young where he worked for two years and earned his CPA, all after graduating from the University of Southern California in 2017.
