Prior to joining Newmark, De Laboulaye was Senior Director at CBRE Capital Markets France. He began his career as an Asset Manager at Sophia GE Real Estate, followed by a tenure at CBRE Valuation France, where he evolved from a Senior Valuer to the Head of the International Valuation Team.
