Ivy Phan is a Brokerage Services Specialist at Newmark focused on helping industrial tenants and occupiers. She joined Newmark in 2020 after beginning her commercial real estate career at Savills in 2017. Based in Southern California, Ms. Phan is a member of Newmark’s National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG) and works closely with the West Region leadership team under Jeff Cannon to deliver data-driven strategy and execution across multiple Southern California markets.
