Isabelle Guiliano serves as a Research Analyst in Newmark’s Boston office. In her role, Guiliano supports the Boston Research team through market analysis, data management, and reporting, applying statistical and economic analysis to evaluate commercial real estate trends across Greater Boston. She also supports the North American Industrial Research team on advanced manufacturing initiatives.
Guiliano works with senior researchers to manage datasets and deliver insights that support brokerage, capital markets, and advisory teams. Her work combines local market knowledge with quantitative analysis to assess market dynamics and broader economic trends.
