Hudson Jump is an Associate in Newmark’s Columbus, Ohio office, specializing in industrial sales and leasing. In his first two years as a full-time broker, Jump has completed double-digit transactions totaling more than $10 million in gross lease and sale volume, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
Jump is an active member of ULI, a NAIOP Developing Leader, a member of NAR, and part of the Columbus Young Professionals Club. Additionally, he serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee at NAIOP.
Education
Jump earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. Outside of real estate, he serves as an assistant coach for the Grandview Heights High School boys’ wrestling team.
