Hope Brunner is a Senior Financial Analyst for Newmark’s Student Housing group. Brunner is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of student housing assets while preparing thorough financing and offering memorandums relevant to each transaction for distribution to the market. She is involved in all facets of industry research efforts and supporting the team throughout the disposition process.
Prior to joining Newmark, Brunner spent two years as an Investment Sales Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle in Dallas where she focused on Seniors Housing, Age-Restricted Multi Family and Student Housing assets. During her time there, she closed an estimated $725M and underwrote $5.0B in potential investment sales opportunities throughout the United States.
Education
Brunner graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate communications with a minor in Business from the McCombs School of Business.
