Hector started collaborating with the GCS team on February 2013. His incorporation was driven by the need to grow and strengthen Bajio’s team, specifically the states of Guanajuato, Queretaro, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosí. Since Hector’s incorporation to the team, he has greatly contributed in the positioning of GCS in the region accomplishing a dominant market share.
Hector is a Civil Engineer with experience in industrial construction. The experience obtained working with recognized industrial developers such as FINSA, has been a valuable asset for the team’s clients since his industrial construction expertise has worked in favor of our client’s needs.
Hector has also worked in the manufacturing industry as Production, Project and Quality Manager in global companies such as Mars Inc. This experience has helped him understand clients’ needs from their own perspective.
Another valuable learning experience for Hector has been starting and managing his own freight company, which operated for 15 years mainly in the Bajio region.
Hector’s focus on adding value and reaching customer service excellence has surpassed client’s expectations, which has allowed him to complete a significant number of successful projects while establishing trusting and long-term relationships with his clients.

Hector is a Civil Engineer from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
