Harry E. Singer is a commercial real estate Associate in Newmark’s Private Capital Group, focusing on investment sales for middle-market owners, family offices, and private investors. With five years of experience across income-producing commercial and industrial assets, he has built a track record of successful transactions and durable client relationships.
Since joining Newmark in January 2026, Mr. Singer has concentrated on New York City investment sales — with particular depth in the Bronx industrial and commercial market. He applies expertise in market research, financial analysis, and negotiation to deliver clear, actionable insights to owners and investors.

Mr. Singer holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate (May 2025) and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Tulane University’s School of Architecture and Built Environment, where he graduated with a merit scholarship and Dean’s List honors.
