Greg Masin is an Executive Managing Director at Newmark, recognized as one of Florida’s leading authorities in urban retail leasing. With more than three decades of commercial real estate experience, Masin brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and a long track record of representing top-tier tenants and landlords throughout the state.
Masin’s notable landlord representation work includes flagship leases for Zara, H&M, Equinox and CB2. He has also been a long-standing advisor to national and international brands including Citibank, Starbucks, Crate & Barrel, Lalique, Lacoste, Janus et Cie, Zilli and Prada.
A trusted partner to tenants expanding or repositioning in Florida, Masin played a key role in Citibank’s branch network development, led Dollar Tree’s South Florida rollout, and helped relocate Crate & Barrel to the Shops at Merrick Park—the only relocation in the company’s history.
Before joining Newmark, Masin served as spent more nearly 30 years at Cuhsman & Wakefield. He has also worked as a Senior Leasing Agent for Venturvest Realty Corporation, overseeing a 4-million-square-foot portfolio of retail properties. Earlier in his career, he worked in commercial real estate lending at several financial institutions, including Southeast Bank and Mellon United National Bank.

Masin obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
