Gilbert Dailey serves as an Executive Managing Director in the firm’s Boston office, where he specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords in sale and leasing transactions. Dailey joined Newmark in 2015 after nearly 22 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was an Executive Vice President in the brokerage division. During his tenure, he was repeatedly recognized as one of Cushman & Wakefield’s Top 100 Producers internationally and his team earned the dominant market share of Downtown Boston leasing transactions over the past five years.
As exclusive tenant representative, Dailey has represented many of Boston’s most prestigious corporations. He has advised tenants of all sizes and from various industries. As exclusive leasing agent, he has represented a broad spectrum of Boston’s office product, including many of the city’s landmark office towers. He and his team represent over 14 million square feet of product in Boston, which gives them the largest market share in the city.

Dailey is involved with various charitable and civic organizations. A graduate of Boston College, he is an active member of its alumni association. He and his wife Melissa live in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and have three daughters.
