Geoff Boler serves as an Executive Vice Chairman at Newmark, where he plays a key leadership role within the firm’s Western U.S. Multifamily Investment Sales platform. Based in Orange County, California, he specializes in the sale and recapitalization of multifamily, student housing, seniors housing, and affordable housing assets. With nearly two decades of industry experience, Boler focuses on large-scale assets and portfolio sales, land transactions, structured joint ventures and recapitalizations. He also sits on Newmark’s Multifamily Advisory Council.
Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $35 billion in transaction volume, advising a broad range of institutional and private clients on complex real estate transactions. His market knowledge, execution expertise, and deep investor relationships have positioned him as a trusted advisor across real estate capital markets.
Prior to joining Newmark, Boler was a Managing Director at another advisory firm, where he oversaw multifamily capital markets operations across the Western U.S.
Education
Boler graduated from the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Additionally, Boler is a CFA Charterholder.
