Garrett Gibbons leads corporate real estate strategies for Newmark across North and South America, Asia, and Europe, specializing in the manufacturing, logistics, and energy sectors. With over 16 years of experience, he has successfully managed site selection, incentive negotiations, and project management for Fortune 500 companies, overseeing more than 20 million square feet of sale and lease transactions in excess of $2 billion in aggregate volume.
In addition to driving global portfolio management initiatives, Mr. Gibbons leverages Newmark’s capital markets team to deliver innovative debt and equity solutions that maximize liquidity and investment returns for corporate clients. His in-depth knowledge of lease accounting rules allows him to engineer tailored solutions that align with clients’ financial goals.
Mr. Gibbons joined Newmark in 2018 through the firm’s acquisition of Jackson Cooksey, where he spent nine years honing his expertise in tenant representation. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife, Jenna, and their two daughters.
