Gaetano Imperato serves as Vice President, Capital Markets at Newmark, where he focuses on advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of living, office and hotel assets across Italy. With more than ten years of real estate transaction experience, Imperato has developed a strong track record executing complex investment strategies on behalf of institutional and private clients.
Over the course of his career, Imperato has contributed to transactions totaling more than €2.5 billion, bringing deep expertise in underwriting, deal execution and market analysis. His experience spans a broad range of asset classes, enabling him to deliver informed, data-driven advice tailored to evolving investor demand across Italy’s key markets.
Prior to joining Newmark Group, he was the coordinator of Capital Markets activities at Colliers in Rome office and previously he served as Senior Consultant, Capital Markets at JLL.
