Staab has assisted many prominent retailers expand their footprint throughout New York City including Irving Farm and Chilewich. He successfully negotiated a 3,400-SF lease at Tishman Speyer’s Downtown Brooklyn development, 11 Hoyt Street, on behalf of VHG Group, the parent company to rapidly expanding preschools with a bilingual curriculum. Staab is currently assisting Tacombi in their expansion throughout the five boroughs and Westchester.
