Frank Puskarich serves as a Director in Newmark’s Dallas office. As a member of the firm’s tenant representation group, Puskarich focuses on all facets of office and industrial tenant representation on a national and international basis. His extensive background in finance and lease and purchase negotiations has positioned him to implement strategic, tailored commercial real estate solutions for his clients across all industries by providing a comprehensive knowledge base and framework for efficient and professional client service.
Exclusively representing the end user of real estate, Puskarich specializes in lease and purchase negotiations, property dispositions and acquisitions, financial analysis, strategic planning, office and warehouse build-to-suits, site selection and municipality incentive analysis and negotiations. A talented negotiator, he is an expert at identifying locations that fit his clients’ operational and financial needs while negotiating best in market terms.
Puskarich joined Newmark in 2018, upon the firm’s acquisition of acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey. He began his career with Jackson Cooksey in 2008.
