Francois Blin currently serves as Chief Business Officer in the company’s Paris, France office. In his role, Blin leverages his exceptional team management skills and international coverage expertise to drive success. He is particularly recognized for his proficiency in the office asset class, with a strong focus on sales and acquisitions, as well as tax considerations.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Blin brings a wealth of experience and expertise in capital markets, leasing, valuation, and global corporate services. Prior to joining Newmark, Blin served as the Head of Office Investment at JLL Capital Markets.
Education
Blin earned a graduate degree in politics from Sciences Po Rennes School and in business and finance from EM Lyon Business School.
