Prior to joining Newmark, Cavalieri held roles at Colliers and JLL, where he focused on living capital markets and office investment sales, respectively. He began his career in valuation advisory, building a strong analytical foundation that underpins his approach to underwriting, financial structuring and transaction strategy. Across these roles, Cavalieri has developed comprehensive expertise in market dynamics, asset positioning and deal execution throughout Italy’s core markets.
