Erik Evans joined Newmark in 2018 and serves as an Associate Director in the firm’s Baltimore, Maryland office. Working as part of the team led by Senior Managing Director Brian Kruger, Evans provides both tenant and landlord representation, with a focus on industrial, land, and flex properties.

In 2024, Evans led the completion of 33 small-bay lease transactions, underscoring his ability to drive results for owners and occupiers in a competitive market. He brings expertise in market research, lease negotiations, and transaction management, advising clients on site selection, lease structuring, and asset positioning strategies.

With a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to client service, Evans has established himself as a valuable member of Newmark’s Mid-Atlantic Industrial team, contributing to the successful execution of transactions across the Mid-Atlantic region.
