Eric Larkin joined Newmark at its Pittsburgh office in 2014, bringing 22 years of experience to the industrial team. Representing clients on a local, regional and national basis, Mr. Larkin offers insight and broad experience across multiple commercial real estate segments with a focus in industrial real estate brokerage.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Larkin worked in CBRE’s suburban Philadelphia office, where he initially specialized in multihousing before transitioning to the industrial team, brokering bulk distribution and manufacturing facilities in central and eastern Pennsylvania. He has represented a number of high-profile clients, including Penske Truck Leasing, which he serviced on a national basis. Upon relocation to Pittsburgh, Mr. Larkin served as director of real estate for Quiznos Sub in the Midwest, before joining JLL in corporate services, managing acquisitions and dispositions for National City Bank in five states.
Mr. Larkin is a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award.
In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Larkin participates in fundraising initiatives for Zoe’s New Beginnings, a Pittsburgh-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the parents of prematurely-born babies.
Mr. Larkin attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he pursued a dual major in business and English writing. More recently, he completed the coursework for the CCIM designation and is in the process of completing the remaining requirements.
