Eric Brown serves as Americas Head of Project Management at Newmark, where he leads the firm’s Project Management business across the United States, Canada and Latin America. In this role, Brown is responsible for driving the continued growth, integration and operational consistency of the platform, while strengthening alignment across Newmark’s Occupier Solutions offerings to deliver seamless, end-to-end outcomes for clients.
Brown brings extensive experience in scaling project management businesses, leading complex client engagements and managing multidisciplinary teams across major markets. Prior to joining Newmark, he led Project Management Advisory Services for Turner & Townsend in New York City and New Jersey, where he was responsible for expanding advisory capabilities and overseeing delivery across a diverse client base. Earlier in his career, Brown held a series of senior leadership roles at CBRE, where he focused on growing project management platforms, integrating service lines and delivering large-scale, high-profile assignments throughout the Tri-State region.
Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style, Brown has a strong track record of aligning project delivery with broader leasing and advisory strategies, enabling clients to realize greater value from their real estate decisions.

Brown obtained his Bachelors degree from Iona University.
