With over 25 years of leasing experience, Hirshfeld has a proven track record in various leasing sectors, including large corporate headquarters, new mixed-use projects, building repositionings, and standard leasing. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered exceptional results, completing over 600 leases with a total value exceeding $1.5 billion. His expertise extends across the city, and he has achieved success in both favorable and challenging market conditions.

Prior to joining Newmark, Hirshfeld held the position of Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he played a pivotal role in leasing an office portfolio of over 8 million square feet for institutional investors, real estate developers, and private owners. His extensive industry knowledge and experience make him a valuable addition to the Newmark team.
