Elias Sulpizio is an Analyst in Newmark’s Philadelphia office, specializing in debt origination and structured finance for multifamily and commercial real estate assets. With robust experience across both institutional and private sectors, Sulpizio supports clients on a regional and national level, structuring a diverse range of lending executions, including permanent, bridge, and construction financing.
Before joining Newmark, Sulpizio held an Analyst position on the originations team at Bellwether Enterprise, where he played a key role in sourcing and underwriting debt nationwide across a wide spectrum of capital sources, such as life insurance companies, agencies, CMBS, debt funds, and banks. His analytical expertise spans multiple asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, manufactured housing, self-storage, and hospitality.
Sulpizio and his Philadelphia-based capital markets team are dedicated to building lasting client relationships by delivering tailored financial solutions and in-depth market knowledge. Their expertise encompasses relationships with Life Companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, regional and national banks, CMBS, and fund investors, ensuring comprehensive access to capital for their clients.
A resident of Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood, Sulpizio enjoys coaching youth hockey and traveling in his spare time.

Sulpizio earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, from The College of New Jersey in 2024.
