Eileen Merkle joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2018 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the Rutherford, New Jersey office bringing more than 20 years of commercial real estate valuation and consulting experience.
Eileen is involved in the preparation of appraisal reports with a specialty in industrial and multifamily property types as well as consulting experience. She is also a member of Valuation & Advisory’s Industrial & Logistics Specialty Practice team, which provides best-in-class valuation and consulting services for industrial and logistics properties.
Prior to Newmark, Eileen served as Vice President, Valuation & Advisory Services with CBRE in Saddle Brook, New Jersey from 2008 to 2017 preparing appraisal reports on a broad range of property types. Eileen was an Associate Director, Valuation Advisory Services, with Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc., in East Rutherford, New Jersey, from 2000 to 2008. From 1986 to 2000, she was an administrator for the Valuation Advisory Services group at Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, in East Rutherford.
Recent assignments involve appraisal of property types including industrial buildings and complexes, multifamily properties, and vacant land parcels throughout New Jersey.
