He leads complex platform implementations, operating model redesigns, and data/CRM programs that align business strategy with scalable technology.
Rhea has directed multi-year initiatives for global and Fortune-ranked organizations, including one of the largest homebuilding integrations in U.S. history, standardizing operations and consolidating platforms (JDE, Hyphen BuildPro, Salesforce) and sunsetting 40+ legacy applications in under a year. His client portfolio includes Morgan Stanley, JLL, Simon Property Group, AMP Capital, Brixmor, Boston Properties, KB Home, Lennar, and Toll Brothers.
