Dylan Lambert joined the Newmark Greater Philadelphia Project Management team as an assistant project manager. His core strengths include budgeting, forecasting, and estimating; GMP and lump sum contract administration; master scheduling and look-ahead planning; risk and change management; and clear, proactive communication with owners and project stakeholders.
He has hands-on experience overseeing high-value, complex construction programs. He blends disciplined financial planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication with hands-on cost and schedule control to deliver results from preconstruction through closeout. Lambert will leverage his project execution experience and financial acumen to advance real estate development and investment analysis, driving rigorous feasibility assessments, disciplined capital planning, and measurable improvements in portfolio performance.
Prior to joining Newmark, Lambert worked as an Assistant Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where he managed GMP and lump sum contracts with direct responsibility for project budgets, subcontractor buyout, and contract negotiations. He lead cost forecasting and estimating to maintain budget discipline, maintained project schedules across multiple assignments, coordinated manpower and day-to-day activities, and provided consistent owner communication for progress updates, change order pricing, and coordination of owner-furnished equipment.
Previously, as a Project Engineer, Lambert processed subcontractor invoicing, reviewed change orders, and managed budgets for assigned scopes. He coordinated constructability reviews with cross-functional teams prior to start of new work and managed procurement logs to ensure materials were delivered on time to protect schedule milestones.
