Debbie Corson is vice chairman and managing broker of Newmark and is one of the original founding partners of ARA. She leads Newmark’s Midwest division which specializes in the sale and finance of multihousing properties and portfolios through the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. The foundation of the firm is built upon over 35 years of experience providing performance-based service and developing long-standing relationships with many of the largest real estate companies in the U.S., including AMLI Residential, AIMCO, Camden Property Trust, DRA Advisors, General Investment & Development Co., ING Realty Partners, John Hancock, Jupiter Realty Company and Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1994, Ms. Corson has negotiated the sale of over $4.9 billion in multihousing properties and has dominated the Midwest multihousing sales market throughout her career. Her tri-state sales have earned her the #1 Midwest Top Producer award for the past four years from the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati. Ms. Corson is a frequent contributor to industry publications and panels, including GlobeSt.com, RealShare conferences, Apartment Finance Today and Multihousing News.
