Dean Tselepis joined Newmark’s Rutherford, New Jersey office in 2003. Tselepis specializes in retail and land transactions in Northern New Jersey (North of I-195). Tselepis has completed numerous transactions for Panera Bread, CityMD, Citibank and Shell Oil and has sold large land parcels for both residential and commercial development. He has also represented many large landlords such as Invesco, Federal Realty, Goldman Sachs, Urban Edge, iStar, Acadia Realty Trust and China Overseas America. Tselepis also represents many tenants, including Bowlero, & Pizza, Wells Fargo, Room & Board, Firestone, Icebox, Crunch Fitness, and Mathnasium for new locations in New Jersey.

Tselepis earned a Master of Science degree in real estate with a concentration in development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross where he majored in in economics with a concentration in pre-medical studies.
