Dave Watson, a Senior Managing Director with Newmark and native to Atlanta, started in the commercial real estate business in 1986 with CBRE. Watson currently specializes in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties. In his 29 years of real estate experience, Watson has sold more than 115 buildings totaling over 11 million square feet and more than $70 million of income-producing properties. Prior to CB, Watson gained eight years of sales experience in Atlanta with Control Data Corporation and Johnson & Johnson.

Since 1986, Watson has completed more than 975 commercial transactions totaling over 24 million square feet. He applies his 29 years of real estate experience to help evaluate the client thoughts and ideas into winning real estate solutions.
