Darren Ling is an Analyst in the Leasing team at Newmark Singapore, where he supports leasing strategy execution, market research, tenant engagement and portfolio performance analysis.
Darren has gained practical experience through internships at CKS Property Consultants, ZACD Group, CapitaLand Investment and Keppel Fund Management & Investment. These roles exposed him to real estate consulting, investment analysis, asset and fund management.
With a strong interest in commercial real estate and a detail-oriented, analytical approach, Darren is committed to contributing meaningfully to leasing outcomes and supporting the long-term performance of real estate assets.
Education
Darren completed his major in Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) at the National University of Singapore (Honours), with a focus on real estate marketing, finance and valuation.
