Daniel Oliver joined Newmark’s Long Island office in 2005 as a Director and current serves as a Senior Managing Director after serving five years as a senior associate at CB Richard Ellis. Oliver possesses more than 19 years of experience of providing strategic real estate advisory services to both owners and tenants on Long Island. As a component of this business, he has effectively accommodated the space requirements of a variety of tenants/users and utilized his market expertise to create cost saving solutions for his clients. Oliver has been credited for executing some of the largest, most notable and most complex office leasing transactions in Long Island over the last decade.
