Dan Dowd is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Oakland office, where he specializes in the leasing and sale of warehouse, industrial and R&D properties in the San Francisco East Bay. He has represented institutional owners, private investors and users, and has been involved in more than 600 transactions valued in excess of $850 million.
