Dan Beagan brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate expertise to his position as Managing Director at Newmark, Canada. Beagan provides a unique skill set to large corporate clients through his diverse corporate real estate background and experience with Fortune 1000 companies.
Throughout his career, he has helped organizations to develop strategies and implement customized real estate solutions through creative negotiation, sophisticated financial modelling, market and supply chain analytics and project management expertise to optimize their space utilization, add flexibility and reduce costs.
Beagan’s corporate real estate expertise together with his finance, operations, construction and project management background gives his clients a highly valued and trusted single point of contact throughout the entire real estate process.
Beagan joined Newmark after serving as a Vice President for eighteen years with Savills Canada Inc., where he was responsible for managing accounts of some of the leading firms and top tier retailers in Canada.
Prior to joining Savills, Beagan led the real estate and development division of Brewers Retail Inc. (The Beer Store) and was responsible for all real estate and construction actives across the supply chain of 450 retail stores, distribution centres, offices and call centres.
