Dalton Knipe is a Director with Newmark, specializing in industrial agency leasing and industrial land sales. He represents owners and occupiers across a range of assignments, including project leasing, land sales, building dispositions and tenant representation, delivering strategic advisory services tailored to each client’s objectives.
Prior to joining Newmark, Knipe gained valuable experience at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, where he was involved in industrial real estate transactions across the Dallas–Fort Worth market. He leverages a strong analytical foundation and market knowledge to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions. In the past five years, Knipe has leased 7M+ SF of Class A industrial projects and sold 750+ acres of industrial land.

Knipe earned his degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CRE Analyst Fast Track alumnus. He is an active member of NAIOP and the TouchDown Club of Dallas.
