Courtney Schettino is an accomplished professional in the field of property management, currently serving as a Vice President at Newmark. In her role, Courtney offers strategic management advice to the firm’s property management sector within Washington, D.C. and its adjacent regions. She works closely with the local leasing and investment sales professionals to develop collaborative strategies and operational efficiencies that drive prospective client and business development efforts, ultimately expanding Newmark’s management portfolio.
With substantial expertise in budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, lease administration, physical management, tenant relations, and financial reporting, Schettino brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Prior to joining Newmark, she spent over 10 years at MidAtlantic Realty Partners, where she held various positions, including Regional Manager. In this capacity, Courtney successfully oversaw five property management teams, consisting of 15 team members and 20 engineers. Together, they effectively managed 3 million square feet of Class A and B commercial office space in the DMV area.
