Connor McCoy is a Director in the Cleveland office of the commercial real estate services firm, Newmark. His prior experience includes direct-to-consumer marketing, Ecommerce, 3PL distribution, and manufacturing in the Food & Beverage industry. In addition, McCoy has experience in property management, which sparked his interest in pursuing a career in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Newmark, McCoy served as a Director of Digital Marketing and E-commerce Operations for Solvi Acquisitions, a beverage company.
McCoy’s focus is on industrial sales and leasing for the northern Ohio office led by Newmark Executive Vice Chairman Terry Coyne. His marketing background, interpersonal skills, and eagerness to serve his clients provides a unique and welcome skillset to the team.
Education
McCoy is a Cleveland native and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications.
