Connor Lang currently serves as a Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Rutherford, New Jersey office, bringing more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience. Lang has expertise in the valuation of commercial real estate, focusing primarily on multifamily, mixed-use, industrial and land assets.
Lang has completed numerous appraisals throughout the greater New York City metro area, and his expertise includes the following New Jersey counties: Hudson, Bergen, Essex, Union, Morris, Middlesex, Mercer, Somerset, Passaic, Monmouth and Ocean. Lang also has experience in the New York state counties of Orange, Rockland and Dutchess.
Prior to joining Newmark, Lang served as a credit underwriter for two years at SB One Bank. As part of the commercial lending team, Lang was responsible for analyzing client credit financial information for multifamily and commercial/industrial loans throughout Northern New Jersey.
