Prior to joining Newmark, van Rhyn was a consultant with WWE, Inc. and XFL, and Vice President at AQR Capital Management LLC. She also served as the Director of Workplace Strategy and Sustainability for PepsiCo’s Global Real Estate Team. During her tenure with PepsiCo, van Rhyn established its Workplace Strategy Team, focusing on workplace guidelines, strategy and change management for the global office portfolio. This included aligning people, technology and space with cross functional leadership teams to develop sustainability metrics, design and branding solutions, collection management policies, ensuring workplace accessibility and a strategic perspective on future workplace needs.
Van Rhyn is a practiced speaker and has presented at Worktech, CoreNet and IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) events on strategic workplace needs.
