Cole Pamuk serves as an Associate Director in Newmark’s Hong Kong office. Pamuk specializes in lease negotiations on behalf of multinational and local occupiers across the Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific markets.
Prior to joining Newmark in 2022, Pamuk was at CBRE Hong Kong for 10 years as a Senior Manager. In this role, he worked in the Advisory and Transaction team with a focus on tenant representation specializing in lease renewals, rent reviews and agency work with a wide range of companies and organizations.
