Mr. Sims joined Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in August 2018. His area of expertise includes providing industrial brokerage services, real estate consulting, and transaction services to landlord and tenants in the market. The real estate expertise and visionary approach of Mr. Sims has played a crucial role in numerous strategic acquisitions that have generated substantial profits for its investors. He has successfully negotiated the sales and leases of more than 10 million square feet of buildings and land, with an estimated value exceeding $200 Million. He has earned recognition from industry competitors, colleagues, and customers as one of the most skilled and proficient commercial advisors in North Florida.
He is a Jacksonville native, who holds an active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license. Prior to completing his bachelor’s degree at California State University Monterey Bay, he played collegiate baseball at both Florida State University and California State University MB.
