Christopher Zogg is a Financial Analyst for Newmark’s Student Housing Capital Markets team. Zogg is responsible for the financial analysis and underwriting of student housing assets, preparing detailed offering memorandums and valuation materials for institutional and private investors. He supports the team through all stages of the transaction process, from initial underwriting and market research to due diligence and closing.
Prior to joining Newmark full-time, Zogg interned with the firm during the summer of 2024, where he assisted in the production of offering memorandums, broker’s opinions of value, and comprehensive market research for student housing assets across the country.
Education
Zogg graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising with a minor in Business from the McCombs School of Business.
