Christina Brown, MAI, currently serves as a Senior Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Brown has over 17 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience working for financial institutions, insurance companies, developers, individuals and several federal agencies. Her overall valuation experience includes appraisals of numerous types of commercial properties including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, land, and numerous special-purpose facilities.
Brown specializes in the valuation of investment-grade multifamily communities for institutional lenders. Her experience includes all property types (low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise) ranging from standard garden-style communities to luxury-oriented apartment complexes, age-restricted communities and LIHTC, both existing and proposed. Brown also has significant experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac assignments.
Brown came to Newmark after serving as a Senior Appraiser for seventeen years at CBRE Inc., where she was responsible for valuation of various commercial properties.

Education
Brown earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Minor in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
