Christian Roustic is an Associate with Newmark Zimmer and serves in a business development and project management role in the Investment Sales and Capital Markets group at the firm’s Kansas City office.
Christian’s expertise lies in deal structuring, analysis, project budgeting, evaluation, and financial modeling; essentially providing the “go or no go” decision for each project. He performs market and financial feasibility analysis for multifamily, mixed use, and commercial development. He also represents buyers and sellers on a wide cross-section of transactions. Additionally, he serves as a project manager for real estate projects and developments. In this role, he manages the real estate project from idea and conception to the certificate of occupancy, ensuring the project is completed on time and on budget.
Christian has spent time in Newmark Zimmer’s Property Management Group and Public Sector Consulting Group. Through that experience he gained insightful knowledge on the operational side of real estate once an asset is stabilized. He possesses additional skills and knowledge that gives an advantage as a real estate practitioner, bringing a wholistic approach to every project. Christian is involved with each of the five phases of development; predevelopment, construction, start-up operations, stabilized operations, and sale & disposition.
Recently, Christian has completed the Real Estate Financial Modeling Bootcamp. This has enabled him to become a master of his craft in deal analysis and financial modeling.
Christian is receiving recognition for his work in commercial real estate. In 2021, he was highlighted in the Kansas City Business Journal as one of the top 5 Up and Comers in Commercial Real Estate.
