Christian Roustic currently serves as an Assistant Property Manager for Newmark Zimmer’s Kansas City office. As an assistant manager, he focuses on financial reviews, budgeting, tenant correspondence, and project management.
Mr. Roustic applies his knowledge from financial analysis, budgeting, and project management to his role in the property and facilities management group. Given his experience, whether you have a property to improve or a facility that needs operational and financial management, he will bring a holistic approach understanding the importance of the asset’s performance.
Mr. Roustic’s expertise lies in deal structuring, analysis, project budgeting, evaluation, and financial modeling; essentially providing the “go or no go” decision for each project. He performs market and financial feasibility analysis for multi-family and commercial developments along with Property Condition Assessments.
Prior to joining the property and facilities management group, Mr. Roustic worked as an associate in the Public Sector Consulting division of Newmark Zimmer. In this role, Mr. Roustic managed real estate projects, created business development opportunities by leveraging relationships in the private and public sector, and performed complex deal analysis.

Mr. Roustic attends the University of Missouri Kansas City and is working toward his degree in construction management and entrepreneurial real estate. He is in the process of completing his Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) certification. Mr. Roustic is also a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where he will further his education in the property management industry.
