Chris Caperna currently serves as Vice President in Newmark Valuation & Advisory’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. Caperna is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and vacant land appraisals.
Prior to Newmark, Caperna served as lead residential appraiser for five years with Neglia Appraisals, Inc. in Brooklyn, New York. His formal appraisal experience began in 2002, which includes one-to-four family properties, cooperatives, condominiums, vacant land, apartment buildings, multifamily properties, and new construction throughout the New York City and Carolina markets.
