Charlie Edelman joined Newmark Valuation & Advisory in 2022 and currently serves as a Vice President in the firm’s Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona offices.
Edelman specializes in multifamily valuation within the Arizona market, but his appraisal experience includes a variety of real estate assets, including hospitality, retail, office, and industrial properties.
Edelman joined Newmark after serving as an appraiser for nine years with CBRE, where he performed commercial valuation assignments for a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, government agencies, and private organizations, largely focusing on the Southern Arizona region.

Education
